More infoThis fabulous Red Cape would be perfect for a Halloween or Movie theme party. The cape is made from red velvet look fabric which is quite lightweight (so not too heavy) and an attached hood. Ties at the front of the neck. The hem on the cape is not hemmed or overlocked and the edge of the hood is overlocked only. Note that this cape has quite a narrow shoulder area so we recommend checking the measurements below to ensure the width across the shoulders will work for your needs.
