With its straight design, puff sleeves and silver accents, this style is reminiscent of the iconic look of the Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz. Cast a spell over all your meet at Halloween, Book Week or a costume party.

Features:

• Long dress made from lightweight black stretch fabric
• Short collar around the neck; hook and loop closure at the back of the neck
• Long sleeves have a puff section at the shoulders and straight section through the rest of the arms
• The puff section of the sleeves and front of the bodice has silver braid embellishment 
• Small pearl buttons are sewn down the front of the bodice
• Hem of the skirt and sleeves are overlocked only
• Witch style hat made from lightweight black stretch fabric with lining on the top section to help it hold in place (wire outside)
