Tinsley 3D FX Transfer - Cutter

Create some amazing Halloween looks with Tinsley's range of realistic 3D transfers.  This listing is for two cuts/slashes that can be placed anywhere on your skin to look like cut wounds.

Features:

• Easy to apply only using water

• Painted red in the centre of the cut (add extra blood for a more realistic look)
• The red section on each cut is approximately 6cm long
