Features:

• Dress made from non-stretch fabric with a side zip
• Sides of the front bodice, back of the bodice, puff sleeves, peplum and collar are red twill fabric
• Attached skirt is satin look fabric with red and blue stripes and white frill on the bottom hem
• White satin fabric is included in a deep V on the front bodice with a pattern of tiny silver sequins
• The white fabric is edged with blue and includes gold brain and button feature across the front
• Edges of the peplum and collar are highlighted in gold brain
• Epaulets in blue with gold fringing are included on the shoulders
• Includes red plastic headband with fabric mini top hat to match the fabric and patterns used on the dress
