Features:

• Purple satin look ribbon waist band stretches out to allow for different waist sizes
• Purple satin look ribbon ties at the front of the waist; one set can be tied into a bow; second set can be either tied into a second bow or allowed to hang down
• Sections of tulle in different colours (a panel for each colour) form the main skirt (purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red); note that each colour panel is not joined to any other panel
• Bottom of each skirt panel is satin look ribbon strips to match that colour
