Features:

• Dress with red and white striped long sleeve bodice; stretch fabric
• Back of the neck closes with a hook and loop square
• Elastic waist to allow for different waist sizes
• Attached skirt has a top layer of royal blue satin look fabric with French inspired graphics on the front (back has no graphics)
• Attached lining/petticoat layer of the skirt is made from lightly stiffened lining fabric with white glitter tulle frill on the bottom edge
• Tie on black belt with sequins at the front and matte stretch ties (raw edges)
• Neck scarf made from white organza with polka dots (overlocked edges); scarf is see through and has a shimmer finish
• Black beret made from disco sequin fabric backed with foam to give structure; the disco sequin fabric may vary between batches so may differ slightly from the product photo in terms of density of the dots
