More infoThe photos of this gorgeous Halloween inspired tutu just don't do it justice. Sewn into a pettiskirt style, this tutu has a black satin look top with orange ribbon in a bow at the waist. The skirt has two full layers. The underlayer is made from super soft sparkly orange tulle with ruffle edges. The top layer is made from shimmer orange organza with ruffle edges. On the top organza fabric is a foil spiderweb print in either shiny gold or silver. So bright and cute! Add a black top or leotard for a simple yet effective Halloween costume or just for fun!
