This fabulous black tall top hat would be perfect to finish off your next Abraham Lincoln costume or even just for everyday fun. Also great for a ringmaster, magician or Victorian gentleman costume or for the races. The hat has a black feltex finish with black ribbon at the base. Due to the nature of feltex fabric, there can be some imperfections to the surface. We believe this hat is a costume quality so not really a high enough quality for a wedding.
