This gruesome latex scar would be perfect to complete any Halloween costume! There are 2 pieces to this set to simulate a screw wound ... one piece going in and the other with the end of the screw coming out of the skin. All you need is some spirit gum (adhesive) or liquid latex to attach the wound to your skin and then add some gory blood to really make it look real!!!

Both pieces come in one piece of latex to be cut out ... square is 8cm x 8xm
