Features:
- Plastic headband base covered in black fabric
- The headband is topped with ruffles of black lace
- Black curled plastic horns sit in each side of the headband with black artificial flowers filling in the spaces
- The horns are made from hollow plastic so make the headband quite lightweight (it will need to be pinned to the head to ensure it is secure)
Includes: 1 x Headband with attached horns and flowers
