Features:
- wizard/witch's hat made from grey suede look fabric
- outer rim has a wire to hold the hat out and allow you to create different shapes
- flat fabric tie around the waist (please see second photo for details of the tie as it differs from the product photo)
- padding on the inside of the top section to hold shape (end is designed to droop over)
- note that the inner circumference of this hat is quite large but is perfect if you are wearing the hat over a thick wig
