More infoFinish off your next Steampunk themed costume with this fabulous brown feltex top hat. The hat is a lovely rich rust brown colour with a matching ribbon band. Note that the hat has a piece of elastic sewn around the inside base of the hat to allow for a nice tight fit & will fit many different sized heads. Also included is a pair of steampunk goggles which have plastic copper coloured rims and slightly tinted lenses. The goggles are attached with a piece of black elastic which is adjustable.
