- Cream plastic headband as a base
- Four artificial black roses, with green leaf base, are glued to the top of the headband
- Grey tulle forms the two layers of the veil (glued to the headband); one layer can sit to the front and one to the back or both to the back, depending on your costume needs
- Red paint splatters cover the entire tulle surface (pattern will vary from one product to the next)
