Features:
- Dress made from light blue satin look non-stretch fabric
- Collar and attached apron are white non-stretch fabric
- Puff sleeves with elastic bottom edge
- White soft net frill on the hem of the dress
- Back of the bodice is shirring which will ensure that the dress can be worn as the wearer grows as it will stretch
- The skirt has three layers: the light blue top layer, a middle layer of white net and a lining layer of blue lining fabric
