This fabulous tutu skirt would be perfect for your next dress up party or for a Rave. With three colours, Yellow, Green & Purple, this skirt would be awesome in a Mardi Gras themed outfit or to dance the night away. The tutu is made from soft nylon but has a number of layers to hold the skirt out. You will need to 'fluff' the skirt when it comes out of the packet. The skirt has an elasticised waist & would fit a variety of sizes.
