Festival Hat - Silver/White (Light Up) - Seconds

Add some class and sparkle to your Festival outfit with this fabulous Burning Man inspired hat.  The hat has a white base with the shimmer and sparkle of AB colours for a soft but fun look.  Also great for Mardi Gras and Pride events.

QUALITY NOTE:  This listing is for a hat that has marks on the underside as pictured in the second product photo.  We have therefore marked the hat down as a seconds.  The hat has never been used.  The marks are just due to handling when originally packed.

Features:

• White fabric base fabric which throws rainbow colours depending on the light and angle (iridescent)
• Hard outer edge and brim with an inner wire to give the top shape
• Lines of silver studs around the base
• AB faux gems glued on the brim
• Large AB faux gems glued in a fan pattern in the centre of the front
• Includes a line of lights with 2 flashing settings (battery will only work for a limited period of time)

This is a budget item with gems and studs glued on the hat.  There can be slight blemishes in the glue work and in the iridescent fabric.
